MEMBERSHIP POLICY & COMMON QUESTIONS

POLICY:

1. All membership expires 90 days from the date of purchase.

2. All membership are not shareable. One card = one member policy.

3. All membership are not refundable. 

4.All membership cards can be used within NYBC, LIBC, & BKBC. 

5. All expired membership can be extended by paying extension fee ($5/1 day or $10/1 month). Payment must be received on the same day of usage of an expired membership at any club location. 

6. All members must scan their cards upon arrival at the gym. Check in at Gym 1 front desk.

7. Membership renewal must be done at your home club. Otherwise, activate another membership to your new home club.

8. A text message will be received for every club visit. Please notify theh front desk if you did not receive text message or have an error.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. I purchased my membership at LIBC, can I use it at flushing location? 

YES you can use it at any LIBC affiliated locations. The member's ID picture has to match the card holder presenting the card at a different club. 

Any renewal of membership will need to be done at LIBC location only. 

2. I'm going out for work travel, can I freeze my account? 

NO. Unfortunately, we do not freeze any membership expiration. You will have to pay $5 or $10 extension fee when you come back. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our membership club pass. 

3. I got Injured, can I extend my membership?

YES, but we will need to receive a copy of any document that supports medical emergency. A one month extension will be guaranteed upon providing documents. 

4. I am moving out of town, can I get a refund? 

NO, we do not offer any membership refund. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our membership club pass.
