A reservation guarantees a court for your group. Court assignments may be adjusted by management to maximize facility capacity.

Please review these rules before booking. They help us keep reservations fair, organized and on time for every group.
Annual Waiver Required
All players must sign the general waiver of liability before playing. LIBC may deny entry or service when the required waiver has not been completed.
Check In Before Playing
Check in at the front desk and pay first. Members must swipe their cards before play.
Late Arrival Does Not Extend Court Time
Your reserved time will not automatically be extended if you arrive late. An extension is only possible when court availability allows. Contact front desk for assitance.
Use Only Your Reserved Court
Do not use an empty, unreserved court. Additional court fees may apply when a non-reserved court is used.
Fewer Players Arrive
Your group remains responsible for the entry fee of an absent player when fewer players attend than were included in the reservation.
Additional Players Arrive
LIBC may try to extend court time when more players arrive, subject to availability. An additional player who joins may be charged the full walk-in rate.
Your Group Controls Court Sharing
Your reservation is guaranteed for your group. Whether you share the court with other players is your group's choice.
Court Assignments May Change
Management may switch your assigned court without prior notice to maximize reservation capacity.

CANCELLATION TIMING MATTERS.
Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled reservation time.
No Cancellation Charge
Cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation.
50% Reservation Cost
A 50% charge applies when cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation.
Full Reservation Cost
A 100% charge applies when cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the reservation.
