Event Check-In & Venue Guidelines
Approved Coaches and Line Judge Substitutes must obtain event stickers from the tournament Check-In Desk.
Players may pick up the event’s complimentary shirt during practice court check-in (Oct. 10) or on tournament day check-in (Oct. 11).
Upon arrival, all players must check in at the designated check-in desk.
Venue Notes:
Due to limited space in the badminton hall, additional areas have been made available on pickleball courts 6–8 and in the pickleball lounge.
Please do not enter Pickleball courts 1-5. There are existing reservations on those courts.
No food or drinks are allowed on the pickleball floors. Please eat only in the lounge or in areas covered with blue protective mats.
Certain areas on the badminton side are designated for walkthrough and standing only. Please follow posted signs to help maintain smooth tournament flow.
Parking Space : There are plenty available parking space throughout the building.
Front parking
East side parking (closest to the main gym entrance)
Back Parking
West side parking (opposite side from the main gym entrance)
May use parking spaces of the neighboring building. It is usually ok to park there during weekend or holiday.
Match Procedures:
Players must report to the dedicated staging area once the staging match time is announced.
Players are responsible for checking their match schedules and being on time.
Please notify the referee or tournament director if you wish to walk over consolation matches.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled match time.
Our facility is huge and can take you up to 15min from parking, checking in and settling in on the designated player’s area. Please allocate enough time.
Pay attention to your match time as we will announce by the specific Match Schedule Block to the staging area. The 10-minute default rule will be in effect.
Be sure to bring and carry all necessary equipment with you to the court.
If you are unable to play or need to give a Walkover, you must notify the Tournament Director or Match Control Desk immediately.
No warm-up courts will be available during tournament hours. (may subject to change and may open Pickleball courts to be used for warm ups).

LINE JUDGING
LINE JUDGING
Line judge: Singles –both players Doubles –winning pair
Even if it is a player’s last match of the day, it is the player’s responsibility to stay and perform line judge duty.
Do not leave the court if player’s name is called to staging. If the match is not finished, let the umpire know and they will call for the referee. Stay on the court until a replacement line judge is found.
No electronic device may be used while sitting in line judge chair
Approved parent / line judge substitute must check-in at tournament desk to obtain badge. You must visibly wear the “line judge” badge while line judging.
*Any adult (over 18 years old at any time during the tournament) that plans to substitute for line judging must register prior to the tournament start through https://form.jotform.com/211716316497055)

Credential must be VISIBLE to technical officials and tournament staff – wear your badge at all times
Only coaches with approved credentials can sit in the “coach chair”
Only (1) coach per side is allowed on court
Remain in the coach seat during play
No electronic device may be used while sitting in the chair
Coaches must wear proper attire -no flip flops or beach shorts, no hat
