Staging Time is the designated period before your scheduled match when players are required to report to the Staging Area for check-in and match preparation.

To keep the tournament running efficiently, players with matches scheduled within the upcoming timeframe will be called to the Staging Area before a court becomes available. Once in the staging area:

• Players must check in with the tournament staff.

• Players should be fully warmed up, equipped, and ready to play.

• Players should remain in the staging area until directed to their assigned court.

• As soon as a court becomes available, players are expected to proceed immediately to begin their match.

The staging process helps minimize court downtime and ensures matches start promptly.

Important: Players who fail to report to the Staging Area after being called may be considered absent and may be subject to a walkover or disqualification, at the Tournament Director's discretion.
