MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Club Pass Membership expires (3) three months from the purchased date. All expired credits can not be extended after 1 year from purchase date.
Extension of expired credits is $5 per visit.
All Club pass membership is not refundable, not shareable and not transferable. Please make sure you are committed in finishing the passes within 3 months prior to purchasing.
Members can use the pass to our participating clubs in brooklyn and flushing location for no additional cost.
Refill of membership pass must only be done at LIBC for LIBC card holder members. We do not accept NYBC or BKBC membership refill at our location.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. I purchased my membership at LIBC, can I use it at flushing or brooklyn location?
YES, you can use it at any LIBC affiliated locations without additional cost. However, renewal must only be done at LIBC location.
2. I'm going out for work travel, can I freeze my account?
NO. Unfortunately, we do not freeze any membership expiration. You will have to pay $5 / visit extension fee when you come back. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our membership club pass.
3. I got Injured, can I extend or transfer my membership?
We do not transfer any remaining credit to anyone but we can extend the membership expiry date. We will need to receive a copy of any document that supports medical emergency. A one month extension will be guaranteed upon providing documents.
4. I am moving out of town, can I get a refund?
NO, we do not offer any membership refund. Any membership is a 3 months commitment for the club. Hence, we recommend to double check your calendar first before signing up for our membership club pass.
5. I came late, can I extend time?
The club will accommodate the request if we have court availability. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot refund/reschedule. Please make sure to arrive on time.
6. I reserved for 5people but LESS PEOPLE showed up, what will happen?
We have the rights to request for full payment based on the reservation regardless whether all players showed up or not.
7. I reserved for 3 people but 5 showed up, what will happen?
We have the rights to request for additional payment for those who played under the per player court reservation. WE CHARGE COURT FEE PER PLAYER AND NOT PER HOUR. We will try our best to accommodate court extension or provide additional court, however, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. Court time extension or Additional court is based on our availability.
You may consider our hourly rate court rental prior to booking.
8. What shoes can I use when playing?
Badminton shoes is required.
We will allow other sports shoes with gum soles that are non marking. (indoor sports shoes such as tennis shoes, volleyball shoes, pickleball shoes)
Running shoes may be accepted as long as its non marking, check with the staff upon arrival.
No shoes with black soles are allowed.
